摘　　要： 目的探讨不同妊娠期孕妇人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染情况及其对母婴结局的影响。方法选择医院2014年1月-2015年12月孕期进行HPV筛查的早孕期女性96例作为早孕组、中孕期女性96例作为中孕组、晚孕期女性96例为晚孕组,根据HPV是否阳性分为HPV感染组(HPV阳性组)108例和对照组(HPV阴性组)180例;测定孕妇宫颈分泌物和新生儿口咽部分泌物HPV感染情况。结果 HPV感染108例,以高危型HPV感染为主,共61例占56.5%;早孕组感染18例,感染率为18.8%,中孕组感染33例,感染率为34.4%,晚孕组感染57例,感染率为59.4%,3组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同分娩方式新生儿HPV感染阳性率比较,差异无统计学意义。结论随着妊娠孕周的增加宫颈HPV感染率升高,宫颈HPV感染可垂直传播给胎儿,剖宫产不能降低新生儿HPV感染率。 OBJECTIVE To investigate the infection of human papillomavirus（HPV）in different gestational period pregnant women and its effect on mother and infant outcome.METHODS A total of 96 cases of women with early pregnancy were selected as early pregnancy group,96 cases of women with middle-term pregnancy were selected as middle-term pregnancy group and 96 cases of women with late pregnancy were selected as late pregnancy group who underwent HPV screening from Jan.2014 to Dec.2015.The patients were divided into HPV infection group（HPV positive group,108 cases）and control group（HPV negative group,180 cases）according to whether HPV was positive.The HPV infection of cervical secretions and neonatal oropharyngeal secretions were determined.RESULTS Among the 288 pregnant women,HPV infection were 108 cases,which were mainly 61 cases of highrisk HPV infections,accounting for 56.5% .There were 18 cases,33 cases and 57 cases of infections in early pregnancy group,middle-term pregnancy group and late pregnancy group,respectively,accounting for 18.8% ,34.4% and 59.4% ,and the differences were significant among the three groups（P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference of HPV positive rate between neonates with different delivery modes.CONCLUSION The cervical HPV infection rate increases with the increase of gestational week.The cervical HPV infection can be transmitted to the fetus vertically,and cesarean section can not reduce neonatal HPV infection rate.
