摘　　要： 作为习近平总书记外交理论与实践的核心,"人类命运共同体"理念有着深刻的时代背景、丰富的科学内涵和鲜明的当代价值。从时代背景来看,它是顺应国际社会发展态势、推动加强全球治理、为我国和平崛起营造有利国际环境的产物;就科学内涵而言,它是"利益共同体""价值共同体"和"责任共同体"的有机统一体;就当代价值来说,它作为中国特色社会主义理论的最新成果和中华民族伟大复兴的重要理论指南,有利于加强中国同世界的沟通与认知,推动国际政治经济新秩序的合理建构。 As the core of general secretary XI Jinping＇s diplomatic theory and practice, ＂ a community of shared future for mankind＂ has a profound background of the times,rich scientific connotation and distinctive contemporary value.From the perspective of time background,it is a result of conforming to the development trend of the current international society,promoting global governance and creating a favorable international environment for the peaceful rise of China. In terms of scientific connotation,it is an organic unity of ＂ a community of shared interest ＂, ＂ a community of shared value＂ and ＂ a community of shared responsibility ＂. As for its contemporary value,being the latest achievements of the theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the important theoretical guide for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,it helps to strengthen the communication and cognition between China and the world and to promote the rational construction of the new international political and economic order.
