摘　　要： 职业能力与思想政治教育是研究生教育的重要内容。二者既有区别,又有联系。加强二者的融合,可丰富研究生思想政治教育内容。应从价值引领、国情教育、职业道德教育、素质能力拓展等方面,增强研究生思想政治教育的实效性。 Like ideological and political education,vocational ability is the core of education for postgraduate students. They two are both different and connected. To strengthen their integration can enrich the contents of ideological and political education for the postgraduate students,and to enhance the effectiveness of the ideological and political education should be implemented from the respects including offering value guidance,the education of national conditions and professional morals,and the development of quality and ability.
