摘　　要： 扶贫开发工作是中国共产党实现第一个百年奋斗目标的重点工作。我国中西部农村地区,贫困人口基数大,扶贫开发工作时间紧、任务重、难度大。中央政府、地方政府与扶贫对象作为扶贫开发工作的参与方,基于各自利益最大化的追求,在信息不对称的情况下会进行多重博弈。三方博弈的结果会对扶贫开发工作产生深远的影响。 Poverty alleviation and development is the focus of our Party in realizing the goal in the first hundred years. The huge poverty population in the central and western rural areas of our country makes the task of poverty alleviation and development heavy and difficult. The central government,local government and poverty alleviation objects,as part of the work of poverty alleviation and development,based on the pursuit of maximizing their own interests,will participate in a multiple game in the case of information asymmetry. The results of the three party game will have a far-reaching impact on poverty alleviation and development work.
