摘 要: 利用Moran's指数建立SAREM[2]SRRE空间面板模型,以考察我国R&D经费投入的空间集群效应及影响因素.实证研究表明,我国省际R&D投入受到空间依赖性和序列相关性的影响,在空间分布不均衡并存在显著的集群现象.各省经济发展程度、政府科技财政政策、第三产业、进出口贸易、科技研发人员均对各省R&D投入有着明显的促进作用. Employing the Moran Index and the spatial panel data models--SAREM[2]SRRE model,this paper discussed the spatial relativity and influential factors of the R&D investment in China.The conclusion demonstrated that R&D investment is potentially affected by spatial dependence and serial correlation,and there is an obvious phenomenon of spatial cluster.There are several important factors of increasing the R&D input for each province,which are the economic growth,the government fiscal policy of science and technology,the third industry,import and export trade,and staff of science and technology research.
