摘 要: 以非洲茉莉(Stephanotis floribunda R.Br.)茎尖和带芽茎段为外植体,研究激素对非洲茉莉芽增殖和生根的影响.实验结果表明,非洲茉莉愈伤组织诱导的最佳培养基为MS+6-BA 0.5 mg/L(单位下同)+IAA 0.5,诱导率可达100%.适合愈伤组织分化的最佳培养基为MS+6-BA 1.0+IAA 0.1,分化率可达80%.适合芽增殖的最佳培养基为MS+6-BA 0.5+IBA 0.1,增殖系数为5.9.生根培养基为1/2MS+IBA 0.5+NAA 0.2,生根率可达40%,且根生长健壮. In Stephanotis floribunda r.stem tip and belt bud stem segments as explants,the research on effect of hormone Stephanotis floribundar buds and rooting multiplication.The results show that the Stephanotis floribundar callus induced the best medium for MS+6-BA 0.5mg/L+IAA0.5,The induction rate could reach 100%.The best suitable for callus differentiation medium for MS+6-BA1.0+IAA 0.1,The differentiation rate can reach 80%.the optimal medium for buds proliferation of Stephanotis Floribunda was MS+6-BA0.5mg/L+IBA0.1mg/L,the corresponding proliferation coefficient was5.9;And for rooting,the optimal medium was 1/2MS+IBA0.5mg/L+NAA0.2mg/L,the ratio of rooting was 40%.
