摘 要: 分析了映射在数学中的重要性和从映射到函数教学的可行性.高中函数定义的教学采取从映射抽象出函数的方法有两个好处:一是可以让学生经历从映射到函数的数学化过程;包括抽象化过程和符号化过程,二是学生更容易认识函数的本质即函数是非空数集到非空数集的映射,也能较好地理解映射和函数的关系.介绍了从映射抽象出函数的两个案例,即从评价映射到函数,从射击映射到函数.建议先讲映射后讲函数. The important status of mapping in mathematics is discussed and the feasibility of putting the teaching of mapping before the teaching of function is examined.The method of teaching the definition of function by abstracting function from mapping has two advantages:One is to expose students to the process of mathematization from mapping to function,including abstracting process and symbolization process;The other is to help students find the nature of function,namely,function is mapping of one non-empty number set mapped onto another non-empty number set.Moreover,students will be much easier to understand the relation between mapping and function.Two examples of abstracting function from mapping are introduced:one is from evaluation of mapping to function;the other from the mapping of shooting to function.
