摘　　要： 结合新型装配式基坑型钢支撑项目的研究,全面总结了新型装配式基坑型钢支撑的装配化施工技术和施工质量控制要点。为提高施工效率、确保施工质量,在施工组织设计中,结合现场情况、图纸要求,分解细化各道施工工序,形成了装配式钢支撑标准化施工流程,包括测量放线、构件编码与拼装、安装构件、浇筑混凝土及施加预压力等。新型装配式基坑型钢支撑的应用,在提高施工效率的同时,实现了绿色施工。 Combined with the study on the new prefabricated type foundation pit profile steel support project, an overall summarization of such prefabricated construction technology and construction quality control points has been given in this paper. In order to improve construction efficiency and ensure construction quality, each construction process shall be detailed in combination of construction site conditions and drawing requirements, the standardization construction process of prefabricated steel support has been formed in the design of construction organization, including surveying and setting-out, coding and assembling of component, installation of component, pouring of concrete, and exerting pre-pressure, etc. The application of new prefabricated type foundation pit profile steel support has realized the green construction while improving the construction efficiency.
