摘 要: 以湖南省长沙市地铁3号线长沙火车站基坑工程为载体,研究了为防止基底垫层下方中风化泥质粉砂岩遇水软化,保证地基承载力,并使底板防水卷材和混凝土顺利施工的对策。同时结合安全、环境、质量、工期等控制因素,采用了集水井降水、二次垫层浇筑、双液注浆等技术措施,有效地控制了基底涌水,其经验可供类似工程参考与借鉴。 Based on Changsha railway station foundation pit engineering of metro line 3 in Hunan province, the countermeasures that bottom slab waterproof roll and concrete were successfully constructed has been studied, in order to prevent medium-weathered shale siltstone beneath the cushion layer of basement from being softened by water and guarantee the bearing capacity of foundation. Combined with the control factors such as safety, environment, quality, construction period, etc., many technical measures, like collecting well precipitation, secondary cushion grouting, double liquid grouting, etc have been adopted to have an effective control over the basement water gushing. Such experience can provide references for similar projects.
