摘　　要： 近10年来,随着美国非常规能源开发的突破,美国油气资源出口开始快速增长,特别是石油制品已经实现了年度净出口,美国能源独立又往前迈出了坚实一步。在此影响下,国际能源格局开始发生重大调整。在此背景下,中美油气贸易发展迎来新机遇,我国面临的能源安全形势将趋于复杂化,国内能源公司的生产、经营也面临新挑战。对我国来说,进口美国油气不仅可行,而且必要。 Over the past decade, non-conventional energy development, the US oil and gas exports began to especially oil products have achieved grow rapidly with the breakthrough of annual net exports. And the US energy independence has taken a solid step forward. Under this influence, the world energy structure began to undergo major adjustments. In that case, oil and gas trade＇s development between China and US ushers in new opportunities, and China＇s energy security situation will become more complicated, while the domestic energy company＇s production and management are also facing new challenges. There is market demand and scale space for China to import oil from US.
