摘　　要： 目的:通过对山东问题疫苗事件的概述,分析事件中民事责任的构成要件、主体、侵权责任,为追究责任主体的民事赔偿时起到抛砖引玉的作用。方法:采用理论、个案、综合分析法,结合药学和法学的相关知识对该事件中民事责任进行综合讨论。结论:通过对事件中责任主体的民事赔偿责任进行研究,以期保护民事主体的合法权益。 Objective： Through an overview of Shandong problem vaccine events, study on the components of the civil liability in the event, the main body, the tort liability, were studied to play the role of guidance for civil victims when the responsibility main body should be investigated for civil compensation. Method： The case of civil liability was discussed through theory study, case study method, and comprehensive analysis, based on the relevant knowledge of medicine and law. Conclusion： Through the case, the civil liability of the liability subject was studied to protect the lawful rights and interests of civil subject.
