摘 要: 通过对盘形制动器工作原理以及常见故障进行了分析,在此基础上对制动器的结构进行了改造,在一定程度上降低了由于油污染造成的摩擦系数下降的问题,并对一些常见的故障给出了应对建议,对以后盘形制动器的技术发展和故障处理具有一定的借鉴作用。 The disc brake working principle and common faults are analyzed, the structure of the brake on the basis of the reform, to a certain extent reduces the friction coefficient due to the decline in oil pollution problems, and some of the common faults are given some suggestions for the future should, disc brake technology development and fault treatment has some reference.
