摘　　要： 煤仓在煤矿的生产过程中,不仅起到储藏或中转煤炭的作用,特别是在带式输送机连续运输的生产系统中,还起到均衡生产和缓解生产压力的作用。准确测量并实时传输煤仓煤位信号对矿井和洗选、装车外运等各生产环节起到辅助决策分析的作用。对神东煤炭公司料位计在选型和使用实践过程中的优化进行归纳总结,对以后的系统生产、设备维修和智能决策提供关键决策指标。 Coal silo is a storage and transit place for the coal production, and plays a role for the production balance and operation buffer for the coal mine, especially for a belt conveyor transportation system . A accurate silo measurement with real time from raw coal mining to coal preparation and coal updating is a necessity for the coal production loading to the train, which is the key index for the auxiliary decision making analysis. A summary of the silo level switches installed in Shendong coal corp. index Ltd., with the regard to the type selection and optimization in practice. It is a key decision making for the coal production, equipment maintenance and intelligent decision making process.
