摘 要: 指出避难硐室防护密闭门密封性能的影响因素,讨论了关键技术工艺设计,包括门框焊接工艺、门体密封面的加工及铰链的焊接工艺。采用振动时效法消除焊接应力,很好地控制焊接变形。对焊接应力消除技术及密封检验工艺等方面进行了研究,提出了采用充气压降方式检测防护密闭门的密封性,实现了密封性能的可量化性,并且可以准确地判定产品密封性能,提高了产品的质量。 Points out that the factors affect the sealing sealing performance of refuge chamber protective door, studying on the key technology process design is discussed, including door frame welding process, the processing of the door sealing surface and the welding process of hinge . Use vibration aging to eliminate welding stress, well controlling welding deformation. The eliminating stress welding technology and sealing inspection process were researched. Using pneumatic pressure drop method to detect sealing performance of refuge chamber protective sealing door, the sealing performance can quantified, and can accurately judge the sealing performance of product, improving the quality of the products.
