摘　　要： 介绍了湿法磷酸的腐蚀和磨蚀特性及磷酸关键搅拌器的选材。对比了材料的化学成分、力学性能、耐腐蚀性、耐磨蚀性及价格,结果表明,超级双相不锈钢系列在工业磷酸中具有优秀的综合性能及性价比,但不利方面是在产品制造加工时需严格执行技术要求。结合大量工程实践,介绍了典型超级双相不锈钢在湿法磷酸关键搅拌器上的应用。 This paper introduces the corrosion and abrasion characteristics of wet-process phosphoric acid and the material selection of the key agitator for phosphoric acid. The results of comparisons in terms of chemical composition, mechanical properties, corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance and prices show that the super duplex stainless steel has excellent comprehensive properties and good cost performance in industrial phosphoric acid. However, the weak point is that the technical requirements should be met strictly in the production process. Based on many projest practices,applications of typical super duplex in key agitators for wet-process phosphoric acid plant are also presented.
