摘　　要： 装配式建筑发展已成为未来建筑业发展一大主向,给传统建设工程造价确定与控制带来挑战,合理确定装配式建筑构件的制作与安装价格成为装配式建筑计价的关键。顺应"信息为主、定额为辅"的市场化计价思路,从商品价值、价格理论角度分析建筑商品构件价格形成机理,提出目前转型期下"价格市场形成、价值社会自主、信息政府提供"的装配式建筑计价思路构想。 Construction of industrial development has become the future development of China＇s construction industry as a major di- rection, at the same time, to the traditional construction project valuation basis to bring structural shocks. Conform to the market pricing ideas that information is based and quotas is supplemented, from the angle of commodity value and price theory analysis of building component commodity price formation mechanism, put forward the conception of prefabricated construction building at present transition period, which price market formation, value social autonomy and information provided by the government.
