摘　　要： 本文以当今BIM技术在工程建筑行业的快速发展为背景,从BIM技术的发展应用,传统造价行业的现状和面临的挑战以及工程造价业务发展趋势的思考三个方面展望工程造价行业未来的发展趋势。以BIM技术应用为特征行业变革正深刻的改变整个工程建筑行业从业主方到设计方、建造方、工程监理、造价咨询等各参与方的业务运转模式。开展工程造价未来业务发展趋势的思考具有重要的理论和实践意义。 Current rapid development of BIM technology in the engineering construction industry is adopted as the background, Future development trend of engineering cost industry is expected from three aspects of BIM technology development application, traditional cost industry present situation and challenges as well as the development trend of engineering cost business. The industry change characterized by BIM technology application is deeply changing the business operation mode of the whole engineering construction industry, including owner, design party, construction party, engineering supervision, cost consultation and other participants. The thinking on engineering cost future business development trend has important theory and practice significance.
