摘　　要： 在城市轨道交通建设中设备及材料的市场价格如何合理、准确地确定,在建设期的概算和投标控制价的编制,以及运营期设备及材料采购价的设定,是目前各城市地铁的短板。本平台的研发和建设基本上能解决机电设备及材料人才的短缺和大量价格数据的人工处理工作。平台包含了企业数据库、行业数据库以及各类设备及材料供应商库;平台实现清单计价功能,能在平台上向供应商发出询价和报价,并自动提取数据库数据用于分析并确定控制单价;平台基于互联网适用于各城市地铁本身和城市地铁之间应用和共享。从目前运用成果来看,具有很强的实用性和很好的应用前景。 Rational and accurate determination of equipment and material market price, preparation of budget estimates during construction period and bid control price and setting equipment and material purchase price during operation are shortcomings of subway in all cities at present in urban rail transit construction. Development and construction of the platform can solve the shortage of mechanical and electrical equipment and material personnel as well as a lot of manual handling work of price data. The platform includes enterprise database, industry database and various equipment and material supplier database. The pratform realizes the list pricing function, inquiry and quotation can be sent out to suppliers on the platform, Database data can be automatically extracted for analyzing and determining the control unit price. The platform is based on the Internet, which is applicable to subways of different cities as well as application and sharing among urban subways. It has strong practicality and good application prospect according to current application results.
