摘 要: 食品毒理学是食品质量与安全专业必修课程,具有很强的理论性、实践性和应用性。本文针对农林院校中食品毒理学教学所存在的主要问题,探索了如何从教学内容、教学方法以及实验教学等方面进行改革,以提高食品毒理学教学质量,为农林院校食品质量与安全专业创新型和素质型人才的培养提供一个理想的教学环境。 Food toxicology is a foundation required course for food quality and safety discipline, with highly theoreti- cal property, practicalness and applicability.In this paper, to improve teching quality for food quality and safety disci- pline and provide an ideal teaching enviroment for innovation quality type person, the exisiting problems in teaching process of food toxicology in local agricultural university were discussed.After that, reforms have been conducted in improving the course in regards of teaching contents, mode and experment teaching.
