基于近红外光谱的茶粕中含油量和水分快速测定方法研究

摘  要: 茶粕中富含茶皂素、蛋白质、多聚糖等物质,根据其所含成分的不同,广泛用于制药、保健品、清塘、饲料、军事等行业。近红外光谱技术由于其分析速度快、绿色环保、操作方便等特点受到广泛关注和应用。该文就近红外光谱技术在茶粕中含油量和水分的快速检测方法进行研究,在确定了样品采样厚度的基础上,利用164个茶粕样品结合偏最小二乘方法,建立了茶粕中含油量和水分的分析模型,为验证模型的适用性,对20个茶粕样品进行了预测,将预测结果与标准方法(国标)结果进行成对结果t检验,得到两种方法的分析结果不存在显著差异的结论,该研究为茶粕中含油量和水分的快速检测提供了方法。 Tea seed cake is rich in tea saponin, protein, polysaccharides and other substances.According to the tea seed cake containing different components, it is widely used in pharmaceutical, health care products, cleaning, feed, military and other industries.Near infrared spectroscopy is fast analysis, green environmental protection, convenient operation, so it has received extensive attention and application.This paper makes a research on the near infrared spectroscopy method for rapid detection of oil content and moisture content in tea seed meal.First of all, it decided the thickness of the sample when experiments were to be made, and then it build model of tea oil and moisture con- tent in the tea seed cake with parial least regression.20 samples were chosen as an independent validation set.The variance analysis show that there was no significant difference between NIR method and the standard method.Based on the study result, it provide a rapid detection method for tea oil and moisture conent of tea seed cakes.
