摘　　要： 五味子是一种传统中药,现代药理学研究表明,其具有广泛的药理作用。近年来,五味子及其有效成分的药理作用不断被挖掘。本文从五味子的抗肿瘤、保护肝脏、降糖、延缓衰老、抗菌抑菌、增强骨骼肌、中枢调节、抗疲劳与耐缺氧、改善泌尿生殖与心血管系统、免疫调节等方面进行最新研究,为其在临床的进一步应用提供参考。 Schisandra is a kind of traditional Chinese medicine. Modem pharmacology study shows that it has a wide range of pharmacological effects.In recent years, the pharmacological action of active ingredients of fructus schisandrae constantly being mining.This paper summarizes the pharmacological effects of fructus schisandrae, in- cluding： anti-tumor, protect liver, hypoglycemic, anti-aging, antibacterial, strengthen the skeletal muscle, central adjustment, antifatigue and hypoxia tolerance, improve urogenital and cardiovascular system, immune regulation and so on. These aspects will proceed latest study. It will provide reference for further application of saikosaponins in clinical practice.
