摘 要: 针对传统的电能表检定工作存在手工接线安置电表,工作量大,重复性高,人工作业环节繁琐,检定质量与效率受人为因素影响较大的现状,通过对单相自动化检定流水线进行重复、稳定性试验,提出了一种新的流水线期间核查方法,试验结果表明,该流水线系统运行稳定,可靠性高、检定效率高,整个装置符合JJG 596—2012《电子式交流电能表检定规程》要求,提高了质量管理的效率。 The verification of the traditional electric energy meter exists manual wiring and placement of meters, large workload, high repeatability, tedious manual operation, and the quality and efficiency of verification are influenced greatly by human factors. A new method of pipeline verification is put forward by repeating the stability test of single phase automatic verification line. The test results show that the pipeline system has stable operation, high reliability and high verification efficiency,and the whole device meets the requirements of JJG 596-2012 Verifiction Regulation of Electrical Meters for Measuring Alternating-current Electrical Energy, and improves the efficiency of quality control.
