摘 要: 针对作为吉林电网第一大电源的火电运行可靠性对电网稳定影响重大的现状,对吉林电网2013至2016年间100 MW及以上火电机组非计划停运次数、持续时间进行统计,共发生机组非计划停运137次,总计持续时间8 902h,通过对总体情况、厂用电系统、热工及保护等系统,设备故障及人员责任造成机组非计划停运原因的统计分析,找出了造成火电机组非计划停运的主要因素,提出了改进措施,为提高火电机组并网运行稳定性提供依据。 Thermal power is the first power supply of Jilin power grid, and its operation reliability has great influence on power system stability. The times and total duration of unplanned outages of thermal power units with the capacity of 100 MW grade and above in 2013 to 2016 are counted and analyzed. The total times of unplanted outages are 137 times, and the total duration of unplanned outage is 8 902 hours. Through analyzing the reasons of unplanned outage of thermal power units that include the overall situation, the system of power plants, thermal power and protection systems, equipment failure and personnel responsibility, the main factors causing unplanned outage of thermal power units are found out, and improvement measures are put forward to provide basis for improving the operation stability of thermal power units.
