摘　　要： 间质性肺疾病是类风湿关节炎患者最常见关节外表现，病死率高。类风湿关节炎相关间质性肺疾病的病因及治疗效果尚不明确。本文就其早期诊断与药物治疗作一综述，以期改善其预后。 Interstitial lung disease, with high mortality, is the most common extra-articular manifestation of rheumatoid arthritis. The etiology and treatment effect of rheumatoid arthritis associated interstitial lung disease remains unclear. This review summarizes the early diagnosis and treatment of rheumatoid arthritis associated interstitial lung disease to improve the prognosis.
