摘　　要： 目的对比分析腹腔镜辅助与开腹两种手术方式结直肠癌根治术的疗效。方法将该院2012年6月—2016年6月收治的120例结直肠癌患者随机分为对照组(开腹式结直肠癌根治术治疗)及观察组(腹腔镜辅助下结直肠癌根治术治疗)各60例,比较其临床疗效。结果观察组并发症发生率10%,对照组并发症发生率25%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组围术期指标、生活质量、术后氧化应激指标、肿瘤生物学指标比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜辅助下结直肠癌根治术值得推广使用。 Objective To compare the curative effect of laparoscopic-assisted operation and open surgery in treatment of colorectal carcinoma. Methods 120 cases of patients with colorectal carcinoma admitted and treated in our hospital from June 2012 to June 2016 were randomly divided into two groups with 60 cases in each, the control group adopted the open surgery~ while the observation group adopted the laparoscopic-assisted operation, and the clinical curative ef- fect was compared between the two groups. Results The differences in the incidence rate of complications, perioperative index, quality of life, postoperative oxygen stress index and tumor biology index between the groups had statistical sig- nificance （10% vs 25%）（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The laparoscopic-assisted colorectal carcinoma operation is worth pro- motion and application.
