摘　　要： 目的研讨颈性眩晕患者接受中医针灸与整脊手法治疗对眩晕症状的改善作用。方法从该院2014年12月—2016年8月选取62例颈性眩晕患者参与研究试验,并随机划分组别,Ⅰ组31例接受单纯整脊手法治疗,Ⅱ组31例接受中医针灸配合整脊手法方案治疗,对该两种方案的临床应用效果、眩晕症状及体征改善情做评估。结果Ⅱ组在接受方案治疗后,取得了96.77%的总有效率,相比Ⅰ组的总有效率(77.42%)显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组接受症状及体征评测,评测结果相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,Ⅱ组的眩晕、头痛、恶心/呕吐及耳鸣评测结果均显著降低,优于Ⅰ组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医针灸配合整脊手法对颈性眩晕患者的治疗具有确切、安全的效果,对促进患者眩晕症状及相关体征的恢复更有利,值得加强推广。 Objective To research the improvement effect of acupuncture and chiropractic in treatment of dizziness symptoms of patients with fine adjusting of cervical spine. Methods 62 cases of patients with fine adjusting of cervical spine in our hospital from December 2014 to August 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 31 cases in each, the group I adopted the simple chiropractic manipulative therapy, while the group 1I adopted the acupuncture and chiropractic nfanipulative therapy, and the clinical application effect, dizziness symptoms and body sign improvement of the two treatment plans were evaluated. Results After treatment, the total effective rate in the group Ⅱ was obviously improved compared with that in the group I （96.77% vs 77.42%）, and the difference was sta- tistically significant （P〈0.05）, before treatment, both groups received the evaluation of symptoms and body signs and the difference in the evaluation result was not statistically significant （P〉0.05）, after treatment, the evaluation results of dizziness, headache, nausea or vomiting and tinnitus evaluation results obviously decreased, which were better than those in the group I , and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of acupuncture and chiropractic manipulative therapy in treatment of patients with fine adjusting of cervical spine is definite and safe, which is conducive to the recovery of dizziness symptoms and related body signs of patients, and it is worth enhance- ment and promotion.
