摘　　要： 目的剖析多囊卵巢综合征用胰岛素增敏剂的效果。方法回顾性剖析2015年5月—2016年5月期间该院接收的70例多囊卵巢综合征病患的临床病历资料,并按照用药方式对所选病例进行分组:实验与对照两组各35例。对照组联合应用炔雌醇环丙孕酮、戊酸雌二醇和枸缘酸氯米芬,实验组在此基础上加用胰岛素增敏剂。观察两组用药后的排卵与妊娠情况,比较疗效总有效率、Homa IR等指标。结果实验组的排卵率为62.86%、妊娠率为37.14%、疗效总有效率为94.26%,对照组分别为37.14%、8.57%、74.29%。实验组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组用药后的Homa IR指标为(1.6±0.4),对照组为(2.8±0.5)。实验组明显比对照组低(P<0.05)。针对用药后的FIN与FSG指标水平,实验组分别为(11.5±2.3)m U/L、(4.5±0.7)mmol/L,对照组为(15.7±1.9)m U/L、(5.2±0.6)mmol/L。实验组明显比对照组低(P<0.05)。结论在多囊卵巢综合征病患的临床治疗工作中合理引入胰岛素增敏剂,可促进患者排卵,提高临床疗效,增加妊娠概率。 Objective To analyze the effect of insulin-sensitizing agents in treatment of polycystic ovarian syndrome. Methods 70 cases of patients with polycystic ovarian syndrome admitted and treated in our hospital from May 2015 to May 2016 were selected and divided into two groups with 35 cases in each according to medication methods, the exper- imental group adopted the cyproterone ethinyl estradiol, estradiol valerate and clomiphene citrate, while the experimen- tal group adopted the insulin-sensitizing agents on the basis of the control group, and the ovulation and pregnancy situ- ations after medication of the two groups were observed and the total effective rate of curative effect and HomaIR were compared between the two groups. Results The ovulation rate and pregnancy rate and total effective rate of curative ef- fect in the experimental group were obviously higher than those in the control group（62.86%, 37.14%, 37.14% vs 37.14%,8.57%,74.29%）（P〈0.05）, after medication, the HomaIR index in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group[1.6±0.4 vs 2.8±0.5]（P〈0.05）, and the FIN and FSG levels in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group[（11.5±2.3）mU/L,（4.5±0.7）mmol/L vs （15.7±l.9）mU/L,（5.2±0.6）mmol/L]（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The rational introduction of insulin-sensitizing agents in treatment of polyeystic ovarian syndrome can pro- mote the ovulation of patients, improve the clinical curative effect and increase the pregnant probability.
