摘　　要： 目的探讨中西医结合治疗免疫性不孕的临床效果。方法把该院从2015年5月—2016年10月收治的免疫性不孕患者120例作为此次研究对象,随机将其分为对照组及治疗组,两组各有60例患者,对照组单纯应用西医治疗,治疗组应用中西医结合治疗,对比两组患者的临床效果。结果治疗组患者的抗子宫内膜抗体、抗精子抗体以及抗卵巢抗体的转阴率均要显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗总有效率是91.67%,对照组治疗总有效率是71.67%,治疗组临床疗效要明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论免疫性不孕应用中西医结合治疗能够获得良好的临床效果,值得临床大力推广。 Objective To discuss the clinical effect of combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine for immune infertility. Methods 120 cases of patients with immune infertility admitted and treated in our hospital from May 2015 to October 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 60 cases in each, the control group adopted the simple western medicine treatment, while the treatment group adopted the combined treat- ment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine, and the clinical effect was compared between the two groups. Results The anti-endometrial antibody, anti-sperm antibody and anti-ovary antibody seroconversion rate in the treatment group were obviously higher than those in the control group （P〈0.05）, and the total treatment effective rate in the treatment group was obviously better than that in the control group, （91.67% vs 71.67%）（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine for immune infertility is good, which is worth great promotion in clinic.
