摘 要: 目的:建立同时测定美花筋骨草的三种黄酮含量的方法。方法:采用HPLC测定美花筋骨草中木犀草素、芹菜素和芫花素三种黄酮成分的含量,采用C_(18)色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),以甲醇-0.1%甲酸水溶液梯度洗脱,检测波长350 nm(木犀草素)、340 nm(芹菜素)、336 nm(芫花素)。结果:建立了同时测定美花筋骨草的三种黄酮含量的方法,色谱图中三种成分分离度良好,方法学考察符合要求。结论:本方法操作简便,结果准确,重复性好,可靠性好,可用于同时测定美花筋骨草中的三种黄酮含量。 Objective: To develop a simultaneous content determination method of three flavonoids of Meihuajingucao using HPLC. Method: Three flavonoids ingredients of Meihuajingucao ( luteolin, apigenin and genkwanin) were detected with HPLC on a C18 chromatographic column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5μm), using methanol-0.1% formic acid aqueous solution gradient elution. Detection wavelength of luteolin, apigenin and genkwanin was 350 nm, 3 40 nm and 336 nm, respectively. Result: A simultaneous determination content method of three flavonoids of Meihuajingucao was developed. Three ingredients had perfect separation, and the methodology met the requirements. Conclusion: The analytical method is simple, accurate with good reproducibility, which can be applied in the simultaneous determination of three flavonoids.
