骨段滑移术治疗骨缺损的临床应用进展

摘  要: 骨段滑移术是Ilizarov医生在牵拉成骨理论基础上设计的治疗骨缺损的特色方法,其通过外固定架对骨缺损的肢体提供支持固定,然后在缺损骨干的上端或下端截骨,将外固定架可滑移的钢针固定在截断的骨段上,按照既定的方向、合适的速度与频率滑移骨段,截骨端在承受持续牵拉的截骨面之间产生新骨,当骨段滑移至与骨缺损的另一端对合时,对合端在压应力作用下转化成骨,从而修复骨缺损。随着Ilizarov技术在国内的推广,骨段滑移术也为骨科医师在治疗骨缺损、骨不连、骨感染、骨肿瘤等时提供了新的思路与方法。本文就骨段滑移术治疗骨缺损的临床应用及相关问题进行综述。 Bone transport is the characteristic method for treatment of bone defect, which is based on the distraction osteogenesis and designed by doctor Ilizarov. After osteotomy and debridement, the limb with bone defect was fixed with external fixator and the transport bone segment was fixed with needles which can slide. Bone transport was performed according to the established direction, velocity and frequency. Then new bones generated between resected surfaces so as to repair the bone defects. With Ilizarov technique popularized in China, bone transport provides a new idea in the treatment of bone defects, nonunion, infection and tumors. In this paper, we reviewed the application and related problems of the bone transport.
