摘　　要： 退变性脊柱侧凸严重影响中老年人的生活质量,但是其确切病因仍不清楚。近年来,随着多种分子生物学技术的发展,国内外学者在探索退变性脊柱侧凸病因学的基础研究上取得了较大的进步,为进一步明确其发病机制和治疗靶点奠定了基础。本文就退变性脊柱侧凸目前病因学的基础研究进行综述,希望为下一步研究提供资料。 Degenerative scoliosis （DS） is a coronal deviation of the spine that is prevalent in the elderly and seriously affects the quality of life, but the exact etiology remains unclear. With the development of molecular biological techniques, scholars at home and abroad have made great progress in the basic research of etiology of DS, laying the foundation for further clarifying the pathogenesis and therapeutic targets, especially in genes, microRNA, and proteins. In this paper, we reviewed the basic researches on the etiology of degenerative scoliosis, and hoped to provide the data for the next study.
