摘 要: 目的:优选清肺消痤凝胶基质,并对其成型工艺进行研究。方法:采用Franz扩散池以小鼠离体皮肤为屏障,采用正交试验以小檗碱的累计透皮速率为评价指标优选凝胶成型基质,并优选出最佳的透皮吸收促进剂。结果:综合考虑了药物的累计透皮速率和患者顺应性,得出最佳的基质处方为PVA-1788用量3 g、CMC-Na用量为0.3 g、乙醇用量为6 g、甘油的用量为4 g、水的用量为26.7 g,总重为40 g,最佳的透皮吸收促进剂为5%氮酮。结论:PVA和CMC-Na组成的混合凝胶基质涂展性和药物体外透皮良好,性质稳定,可作为清肺消痤凝胶的最佳凝胶基质。 Objective:To optimize the matrix of Qingfeixiaocuo gel and investigate the preparation technics.Methods:Using Franz diffusion cell with isolated rat in vitro skin as transdermal barrier,the orthogonal design was used to evaluate the matrix depend on the accumulative transit dose of berberine,and select the best penetration enhancer.Results:Considering the drug cumulative transdermal rate and the patient compliance,the best prescription is PVA-17 883 g,CMC-Na 0.3 g,alcohol 6 g,glycerol 4 g,water 26.7 g,40 g in total weight;and the best penetration enhancer is 5% azone.Conclusion:The mixed matrix consist of PVA and CMC-Na show a favorable transdermal effect and good stability which may be a promising dosage form for Qingfeixiaocuo Gel.
