摘　　要： 目的:考察不同来源的44批次沉香药材含松香酸类物质情况,为沉香药材正确使用提供依据。方法:建立超高效液相色谱法,并结合乙酸铜化学显色反应和薄层色谱法对沉香药材中松香酸类物质进行鉴别分析。结果:44批次不同来源的沉香样品中,药材市场所售10批次沉香药材中松香酸类物质检出率达40%;其余34批次沉香药材(包括19批次通体结香技术产沉香,5批次火烙法产沉香和10批次野生沉香)均未检出松香酸类物质。结论:采用通体结香技术等方法产的沉香药材和野生沉香不含松香酸类物质,但药材市场所售沉香药材有掺入松香酸类物质的现象。 Objective：To identify abietic acid from 44 different kinds of Chinese agarwood，so as to provide the basis for the proper use.Methods：An UPLC method for determination of abietic acid was established，combining chemical color reaction of cupric acetate and TLC，the abietic acid in agarwood were identified and determined.Results：Abietic acid in 4 batches of commercially available agarwood samples，and the relevance ratios was 40%，the other 34 batches of agarwood were not detected.Conclusion：There is no abietic acid in the medicinal materials of agarwood induced by whole-tree agarwood-inducing technique，but the phenomenon of illegal incorporation of agarwood containing acids into the market is rather serious.
