虫漏沉香的基本特征及其品质评价

摘  要: 目的:明确虫漏沉香的基本特征和品质特征。方法:调查野外虫蛀产生的虫漏沉香,并用分子方法鉴定虫源;收集市场上典型的虫漏沉香,进行感官特征、显微特征、醇浸物含量、沉香四醇含量及挥发油成分的测定和分析。结果:野外采集的虫漏沉香虫源鉴定出天牛科Cerambycidae眼花天牛属Acmaeops和木蠹蛾科Cossidae豹蠹蛾属Zeuzera的昆虫;市售虫漏沉香具有独特虫道特征,易于辨认,有明显的甘甜和清凉香味,木间韧皮部和木射线填充油脂;醇浸物含量相对较高,最高达38.35%,但沉香四醇含量相对较低,且不与醇浸出物呈正向关系;相对通体香和板头香,虫漏沉香具有G-cadinene、Guaia-3,9-diene或Costunolide等独特挥发油成分,但不同虫漏沉香之间挥发性成分种类差异较大。结论:本文首次报道了虫漏沉香可由天牛、木蠹蛾、白蚁等昆虫伤害形成,鉴定了二类可产生虫漏沉香的蛀干昆虫;首次报道虫漏沉香具有的感官特征、显微特征和化学成分特征,明确了虫漏沉香化学成分有其独特性。 Objective:To clarify the characteristics and quality of the “Chong-Lou” agarwood.Methods:The field investigation of “Chong-Lou” agarwood produced by xylophagous insects of uilaria sinensis was carried out.“Chong-Lou” agarwoods from the market were collected and their sensory and microscopic characteristics,content of alcohol soluble extract,agarotetrol and he volatile il were analyzed.Results:The xylophagous insects collected from the “Chong-Lou” agarwood from the field include Cerambycidae Acmaeops and Cossidae Zeuzera.The “Chong-Lou” agarwoods from the arkets had unique insect channel and can be identified easily,and sweet and coolodor.Their woody phloem and wood rays were filled with il.Their content of alcohol soluble extract ashigher than CK and the highest was up to 38.35%.While their agarotetrol content was relatively low than CK and had not positive correlation with the alcohol soluble extract content.Some volatile il compositions,such as g-cadinene;guaia-3,9-diene and costunolide,were found only in “Chong-Lou” agarwood,not in “Tongti” and “Bantou” agarwood.However,the volatile oil compositions werelso quite different between “Chong-Lou” agarwoods.Conclusion:This paper first reported that “Chong-Lou” agarwood can be induced by Cerambycidae,Cossidae and Termitidae etc.Two species ofylophagous insects were identified for the first time.The sensory and microscopic characteristics and the chemical compositions characteristics of “Chong-Lou” agarwood are also first ported.Some chemical compositions in“Chong-Lou” agarwood is unique compared to other induced agarwood.
