摘 要: 目的:建立免疫亲和柱净化HPLC柱后光化学衍生法测定珠子参药材中真菌毒素(AFG2、AFG1、AFB2、AFB1、OTA)的方法。方法:参考2015年版《中华人民共和国药典》及相关文献对珠子参药材中真菌毒素(AFG2、AFG1、AFB2、AFB1、OTA)进行测定。结果:本实验采用的柱后光衍生荧光检测法测定的AFG2、AFG1、AFB2、AFB1、OTA的检测下限分别为0.19、0.63、0.19、0.56、4.0μg·kg-1,珠子参药材真菌毒素回收率为78%~110%。结论:实验结果表明柱后光衍生荧光检测法具有更高的灵敏度,且该分析方法适合于珠子参药材及饮片中这些真菌毒素的检测。 Objective:To study the method for determining mycotoxins in Panax japonicus var.major with HPLC-FLD after immunoaffinity column cleanup and online post-column photochemical derivatization. Methods:According to the 2015 edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia and the references,mycotoxins in Panax japonicus var.major were determined by HPLC.Results:The detection limits of aflatoxins G2,G1,B2,B1,and ochratoxin A were 0.19,0.63,0.19,0.56,4.0 μg·kg-1.The recoveries analytes were from 78%-110%.Conclusion:The results showed that the HPLC-FLD online post-column photochemical derivatization is higher sensitivity,and it is suitable for determining mycotoxins in Panax japonicus var.major.
