摘 要: 广州地铁广佛线开通后,道岔控制模块POM4频繁出现跳闸,经实验发现跳闸原因为电机启动峰值电流过大。实验人员采用降低电机功率的方法解决跳闸问题,并通过测试收集数据,分析该低功率电机能否满足运营使用要求。经验证,该新型低功率电机能够解决POM4跳闸问题,具备上线更换改造的可行性。 Tripping of the switch machine control module POM4 frequently occurs since the operation of Guangzhou-Foshan line of Guangzhou Metro.Experiments revealed that such issues were caused by excessive current when the switch motor was starting.Therefore,the motor's power was reduced and test data was collected to analyzing whether the motor of low power could meet operational requirements.It was validated that the new low-power motor could solve the issue of POM4's tripping and it was feasible to use the new motor to replace the old one.
