摘 要: 在分析切断点绝缘节处产生电弧放电的过程中,轮对经过绝缘节时形成的接触电阻对整个牵引回路具有很大的影响。接触电阻在短时间内大幅度的变化是形成电流突变的一个先决条件,因此分析计算接触电阻的大小及变化,对研究切断点绝缘节处钢轨及绝缘节的烧损至关重要。提出将电接触理论运用到绝缘节处轮轨接触阻抗的计算过程中,建立绝缘节处接触电阻动态变化的轮轨动态接触数学模型,并通过相应案例分析来验证。 In the process of analyzing the cause of the arc-discharge of the insulation joint at the cut-off point,it is found that the contact resistance,which is formed when the wheel set is passing through the insulation section,may impose a great influence on the whole traction loop.A substantial change in the contact resistance in a short time is a prerequisite for the formation of an abrupt change of current.Therefore,an analysis of the contact resistance and its changes of is essential for the research on the burning of the rail at cut-off point insulation joint and insulation joint itself.It is proposed that electrical contact theory be applied to calculate the impedance of wheel-rail contact of the insulation joint,a mathematical model of wheel-rail dynamic contact with dynamic change in contact resistance at the insulation joint is established and verified by corresponding case analysis.
