摘　　要： 本研究旨在验证黄芪灵芝增免口服液对肉鸡免疫功能的效果。将2 154只9日龄雏鸡饲随机分为3组,1组为黄芪灵芝增免口服液组,2组为阳性药物(芪芍增免口服液)对照组,3组为对照组。分别在试验开始后的第14和28天,测定新城疫病毒抗体效价、细胞因子(IFN-γ、IL-2)含量、外周血淋巴细胞增殖功能、免疫器官指数以及生产性能。结果表明:黄芪灵芝增免口服液可以明显提高鸡新城疫苗的免疫抗体效价、鸡血清IFN-γ和IL-2含量,尤其是免疫前期(前14 d)效果更加显著;能提高鸡外周血淋巴细胞增殖活性和胸腺、脾脏及法氏囊免疫器官指数;同时能提高生长性能,其作用效果优于阳性药物。由此可见,黄芪灵芝增免口服液能够明显提高雏鸡的免疫功能,可作为一种新型的免疫增强剂。 The study verified the clinical effect of the immuno-enhancement of Astragalus and Ganoderma Lucidum Zengmian Oral Liquid. Bring 2 154 chickens that feeding to 9 days old, were randomly divided into 3 groups. The l group was Astragalus and Ganoderma Zengmian oral liquid, the 2 group was positive （Qi Shao Zengmian oral liquid）, the 3 group was vaccinated immune control group. At the start of the experiment respectively after 14, 28 d, Determination of the Newcastle Disease virus（NDV） antibody titer, Cytokines （IFN-Y, IL-2） content, proliferation function of peripheral blood lymphocyte, immune organ index and production performance. The results show that the Astragalus and Ganoderma Zengmian oral liquid can obviously improve the Newcastle vaccine immune antibody titer, chicken serum IFN- y and IL-2 content, especially the early immune（14 d） effect is more significant; and can improve chicken peripheral lymphocyte proliferation activity and Thymus, Spleen and Bursa by immune organ index, at the same time improve the Production performance, the effect of Astragalus and Gano- derma Zengmian oral liquid is better than the positive drug. Therefore, the Astragalus Ganoderma Lucidum Zengmian oral liquid can obviously improve the immune function of chicks, and can be used as a new type of immune enhancer.
