摘　　要： 目的探讨规范信息收集流程对降低《出生医学证明》废证率的应用价值。方法选取2013年1月-2016年12月在该院领取《出生医学证明》的产妇16 866例作为研究对象,并分成两组。对照组为2013年1月-2014年12月,孕产妇按常规流程入院,即未拍照、未采用识别身份证识别器、未规定于院内上交出生证首签表,所采集信息产生的废证率。观察组为2015年1月-2016年12月,入院时使用摄像机在病历中留取产妇照片、采用身份证识别器及出院前在专管人员的指导下填写出生证首签表并于院内上交等流程,所采集信息产生的废证率。结果观察组所采集信息产生的废证率明显低于对照组所采集信息产生的废证率,两组间数据比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过使用电子设备规范信息收集流程可以有效地降低《出生医学证明》的废证率。 【Objective】To discuss the application value of standardizing the information gathering flow to reduce the scrap rate of birth certificate.【Methods】A total of 16 866 puerperae who received birth certificates from Shiyan People＇s Hospital were selected as the research objects. They were divided into two groups, the control group and the observation group. Puerperae in the control group went to hospital routinely from January 2013 to December 2014. They had not been photographed, did not accept identity card recognition and did not turn in their birth certificate registration at the time of hospitalization. Puerperae in the observation group went to hospital from January 2015 to December 2016. They accepted image collection and identity card recognition, moreover, with the help of hospital staff, they turned in their birth certificate registration forms at the time of hospitalization.【Results】The scrap rate of observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. 【Conclusion】Standardizing the flow of information gathering with electronic equipment can reduce the scrap rate of birth certificate effectively.
