摘　　要： 目的研究和探讨寻常型银屑病患者血清白介素(IL)-17和IL-23的表达情况,并针对其表达情况与临床的相关性进行分析,以期为临床诊断和治疗寻常型银屑病提供科学的理论依据。方法该研究选择2013年6月‐2014年6月就诊于该院的寻常型银屑病患者40例作为观察对象,另选取同时期健康对照者40例作为对照对象,应用实时荧光定量反转录聚合酶链式反应方法对两组受试者外周血单核细胞IL-17和IL-23 m RNA表达量进行观察和对比,并针对IL-17、IL-23 m RNA表达量与患者性别、年龄、病程及银屑病面积和严重程度指数(PASI)评分等的相关性进行分析和探讨。结果寻常型银屑病患者血清IL-17和IL-23⊿CT值均明显低于对照组受试者,而⊿CT值和m RNA表达量则呈反比,因此寻常型银屑病患者血清IL-17和IL-23 m RNA表达量明显高于对照组受试者,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同性别患者血清IL-17和IL-23⊿CT差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);血清IL-17和IL-23表达与患者年龄、白细胞等相关实验室指标均无显著相关性(P>0.05);而血清IL-17表达与PASI呈正相关(P<0.05),血清IL-23表达与PASI无显著相关性(P>0.05),采取白芍总苷治疗后1个月、2个月后,患者皮损IL-23、IL-17表达量明显下降后,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论寻常型银屑病患者外周血IL-17和IL-23表达均较正常人明显增高,说明IL-17和IL-23可能参与了疾病过程,且可能与皮损面积和严重程度有相关性,而IL-17和IL-23表达与患者年龄、白细胞等相关实验室指标均无显著相关性。 【Objective】To study and explore the expression of serum interleukin（IL）-17 and IL-23 in vulgaris psoriasis patients, and to analyze the correlation between the expression and the clinic, which can provide scientific theory basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment of psoriasis vulgaris.【Methods】Fourty psoriasis vulgaris cases treated in our hospital from June 2013 to June 2014 were selected as the study objects, and 40 healthy controls during the same period were selected as the control objects. IL-17 and IL-23 m RNA expression quantity in peripheral blood mononuclear cells of two groups of subjects were observed and compared using real-time fluorescent quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction（PCR） method, and the correlation between IL-17, IL-23 m RNA expression quantity and patient gender, age, course of disease and psoriasis area and severity index（PASI） score was analyzed and discussed.【Results】The serum IL-17, IL-23⊿ CT values of patients with psoriasis vulgaris were significantly lower than those of the control group subjects, and ⊿ CT values and m RNA expression were inversely correlated, so serum IL-17, IL-23 m RNA expression of patients with psoriasis vulgaris was significantly higher than that of the subjects in the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）; differences in IL-17 and IL-23 ⊿ CT were not statistically significant between patients with different gender（P〈0.05）; there was no significant correlation between serum IL-17, IL-23 expression and related laboratory parameters of patient age, white blood cell（WBC）（P〈0.05）; the expression of IL-17 in serum was positively correlated with PASI（P〈0.05）, there was no significant correlation between the expression of serum IL-23 and PASI（P〈0.05）, after 1-month and 2-months treatment of total glucosides of paeony（TGP）, the expression of IL-23, IL-17 in skin lesions of patients was decreased significantly（P〈0.05）.【Conclusion】The seru
