超声在肋骨骨折诊断中的应用

摘  要: 目的探讨超声在肋骨骨折诊断中的应用效果。方法选择2015年1月‐2015年12月在该院诊断治疗的肋骨骨折患者58例的临床资料进行分析。所有患者均在胸部受伤后1~7 d内行超声检查。结果 58例肋骨骨折患者超声诊断结果51例为肋骨骨折,7例为肋软骨骨折,所有患者均明确诊断,诊断率100%。超声下可见肋骨局部骨皮质回声中断、不连续,骨皮质上翘,周围软组织可见梭形低回声,提示肋骨骨折并周围血肿,肋骨局部骨皮质回声不连续,向内侧塌陷,可见肋骨凹陷性骨折。结论超声诊断肋骨骨折诊断率高,尤其对肋软骨骨折,有较为典型的超声下影像学特征,并且超声具有操作简便、无创及费用低等优点。 【Objective】To discuss the application of ultrasound in the diagnosis of rib fracture.【Methods】Clinical data of 58 cases with rib fracture treated in our hospital from Jan to Dec 2015 were analyzed. All patients were examined by ultrasonography 1-7 days after chest injury.【Results】Fifty-eight cases of rib fracture were diagnosed by ultrasound, there were 51 cases of rib fracture, and 7 cases of costal cartilage fracture. All patients were exactly diagnosed, and the diagnostic rate was 100%. Under the ultrasound, it can be seen that the cortical bone of the rib was interrupted and discontinuous, the cortical bone was upturned, fusiform hypoecho was visible in peripheral soft tissue, which prompted rib fracture and peripheral hematoma. The local cortical bone of the rib was discontinuous, and it collapsed to the inside.【Conclusion】The diagnosis rate of rib fracture is high, especially for costal cartilage fracture, and there are more typical imaging features under ultrasound. Ultrasound has the advantages of simple operation, non-invasive, low cost and so on.
