摘　　要： 目的探讨口腔冲洗涂擦对预防口腔颌面外科术后患者并发症的作用。方法纳入2016年1月‐2016年12月于该院接受口腔颌面外科治疗的患者138例为对象,随机均分为两组各69例,观察组术后接受口腔冲洗涂擦,对照组术后应用生理盐水棉球擦洗。对比两组口腔护理效果、并发症发生情况。结果观察组患者舒适度、护理质量均明显好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组口腔分泌物细菌培养阳性1例,对照组16例,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后各类不良反应及并发症5例,对照组13例,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论口腔冲洗涂擦技术能够有效应用于口腔颌面外科手术术后口腔护理。 【Objective】To investigate the effect of oral flushing and inunction on preventing complications in patients undergoing oral and maxillofacial surgery.【Methods】Totally 138 patients treated with oral and maxillofacial surgery from January to December in 2016 were randomly divided into two groups with 69 cases in each. The observation group was treated with oral flushing and inunction after surgery, while the control group was treated with oral inunction. The effect of oral care and complications of the two groups were compared.【Results】Patient satisfaction and nursing quality in the observation group were better than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. One case was positive in bacterial culture of oral secretion in the observation group, 16 cases in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. There were 5 cases of postoperative adverse reactions and complications in the observation group, 13 cases in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.【Conclusion】Oral flushing and inunction can be effectively applied to the oral nursing after oral and maxillofacial surgery.
