“肾髓系统”的理论渊源

摘  要: "肾髓"相关性,先秦至汉时期就有了初步认识,到了魏晋隋唐时期,逐渐认识到,在结构和生理功能方面,肾-精-髓-骨-血-脑存在密切关系,宋金元时期对髓的解剖学有了新认识,首次提出"脊髓"概念,肾髓相关疾病的病因病机也有涉及,至明清时期,对肾髓相关认识进一步深入,但并没有明确提出"肾髓系统"这一概念,近代学者围绕"肾藏精,精生髓,髓充脑、养骨、化血",对中医传统理论进行总结,使"肾髓系统"初见雏形,这为构建"肾髓系统"奠定了理论基础。 The"kidney stores essence, essence generates marrow"is one of the important contents in zang-xiang theoryof traditional Chinese medicine(TCM). The kidney-marrow-brain, kidney-marrow-bone and other biological axis putforward by modern scholars took"kidney-marrow system"as their cores. Derived from this basis as well as under theguidance of TCM holism concept, the construction of TCM"kidney-marrow system"has been continuously improved;and the"kidney-marrow correlation"theory has been enriched. To better grasp and apply the"kidney-marrowcorrelation"theory can solve clinical problems of major diseases. However, doctors in past dynasties did not clearlydefine"kidney-marrow system."It has not formed a complete theoretical system."Marrow"in the"kidney-marrowsystem"contained brain, spinal cord and bone marrow. Marrow can generate blood, which nourishes bone together withthe bone marrow. The bone marrow connects with the brain and spinal cord, which are all related to blood. Hence, thefunction of"marrow generates blood"occupied an important position in the"kidney-marrow system."In this paper, thestructure and function of the"kidney-marrow system"were preliminarily explained and constructed; and the"kidney-marrow system"related theories were further enriched.
