防屈曲技术在某网架加固工程中的应用

摘  要: 结合工程实践提出了一种基于防屈曲技术的网架杆件加固方案,并进行了理论研究和数值分析。推导了小挠度状态下加固杆件的挠曲微分方程,根据边界条件和节间变形协调条件,得到杆件失稳特征方程的解析表达式。分别采用梁单元和壳单元对加固杆件的欧拉临界力及弹塑性极限承载力进行有限元分析,欧拉临界力理论值与计算值吻合良好,验证了理论公式的正确性。壳单元模型能够更精确地计算杆件在非线性条件下的极限承载力,梁单元模型计算结果则需要进行修正。研究表明提出的加固方案能够有效提高杆件稳定承载力,并且具有施工简便、快速高效等优点。 A new approach for strengthening members in grid structure is discussed combining the engineering practice based on theoretical research and numerical analysis.The deflection differential equation of strengthened member in small deflection is built,and the expressions for stability characteristic equations of strengthened member are obtained based on boundary conditions and deformable coordination condition.Euler load and elastic-plastic ultimate bearing capacity for reinforced member are calculated using beam and shell element in finite element analysis.The results show that Euler load from theoretical study agrees with that from numerical results.This indicates theoretical analyses are correct.Using shell element model,more accurate ultimate bearing capacity in nonlinear condition is obtained from the finite element model.This study shows this strengthening approach is capable of improving the stability of members,and this can optimize construction project significantly.
