摘　　要： 研究了阿里安5火箭的2219铝合金贮箱焊接旋压成型，以及旋风号4火箭复合材料级间段预浸料的铺层粘结制造工艺，进而梳理出国外火箭金属材料和复合材料典型结构的通用工艺流程和加工手段。 This paper introduces the welding and spin forming process of the 2219 aluminum tank of Ariane V as well as the lamination and adhensive process of the prepregs of the composite interstage section of Cyclone IV. And the general technological process and processing means of typical metallic and composite structures of foreign launch vehicles are teased out.
