摘 要: 阐述了智能化制造的含义以及光学加工的特点,指出智能化技术在现代光学加工过程中的需求。介绍了国内外智能化光学加工的应用现状及存在的问题。最后,根据光学加工的发展趋势,提出构建一个覆盖光学加工全周期、全生产要素的智能化制造环境,提升光学加工管理能力,提高生产效率。 This paper introduces the signification of intellectualized manufacturing and the characteristic of optical manufacturing. The comparison between domestic intellectualized optical manufacturing technology and the status in foreign countries was carried out. An intelligent manufacturing environment covered a full-cycle and all factors building method which could enhance the management ability of the optical manufacture and improve the efficiency of production was proposed base on the development trend of optical manufacture.
