摘 要: 针对某金属壳体零件热加工变形问题,分析了影响变形的因素,确定了引起变形的主要原因,并设计生产了专用校形.Y-装进行热校形工艺试验验证,解决了壳体零件生产中的瓶颈问题,保证了产品质量和生产进度。 This paper mainly studies the thermal deformation of a metal shell part. The influencing factors of deformation are analyzed, and the main causes are also identified. The bottleneck problem of the production of the shell parts is solved by designing technological equipment and the reshaped-experiment, which ensures the quality of the product and the production schedule.
