HEMP传导型防护模块测试系统的设计与实现

摘  要: 依据GJB 3622-1999标准,针对高空核电磁脉冲(HEMP)传导型防护模块的测试需求,设计了一套线-地脉冲电流耦合注入测试系统,完成了高空核电磁脉冲的产生、测量系统的搭建和射频EMP保护器的测试。该系统脉冲上升沿tr≤10 ns,脉冲半宽度500 ns≤thw≤550 ns,设计指标完全符合GJB 3622-1999标准的要求。为测试方便,设计脉冲发生器中的高压源在0~50 k V范围内人工调节,并实现了油绝缘火花隙开关遥控放电。测试系统采用电流探头(罗氏线圈)、电压探头、数字存储示波器等设备进行电流和电压的采集,利用所测数据计算出被测防护模块的电流抑制比(SEI),从而完成对传导型防护模块的性能测试以及毁伤阈值测试。本测试系统性能稳定,可靠性高,测试数据准确可靠,目前已经在工程实践中得到了广泛应用,取得了很好的效果。 According to GJB 3622-1999 standard,a set of line-ground pulse current coupling injection testing system is designed to meet the test requirement of high altitude nuclear magnetic pulse(HEMP) conducted protection module. The production of HEMP,the building of measurement system and the test of the RF EMP protector are completed. The pulse rise time is less than 10 ns,pulse half width is between 500 ns and 550 ns,the design specifications are fully compliant with the requirements of the GJB 3622-1999 standard. For testing convenience,the high voltage source in the pulse generator is adjusted artificially in the range of 0 ~ 50 k V,and the oil insulated spark gap switch could be controlled by remote control. The current probe(Rogowski coil),voltage probe,digital storage oscilloscope are ready for current and voltage acquisition,the current suppression ratio(SEI) is calculated using the measured data,so the testing system could complete performance testing and vulnerability threshold testing of the conducted protective module. This test system has stable performance,high reliability,accurate and reliable test data. This test system has been widely applied in engineering practice,and achieved good results.
