摘 要: 韶钢松山股份有限公司5~#、6~#烧结环冷机余热电站为实现挖潜增效,通过应用阶梯式自密封技术对余热回收系统进行升级改造,同时加强烧结工序及发电工序的生产管控,最终使得余热电站发电量得到大幅提升。 In order to tapping potential and increasing efficiency of the NO. 5 and NO. 6 sinter circular coolers waste heat power station in SISG, the waste heat recovery system has been upgraded by using ladder type self-sealing technology. At the same time, the production process control of sintering process and power generation process is strengthened. Finally, the power generation capacity of waste heat power station is greatly improved.
