太钢双水分烧结方法的研究与应用

摘  要: 通过在烧结机上对台车挡板附近的边缘混合料进行加水,在烧结机台车上形成边缘水分高于中部水分的双水分混合料,降低边缘混合料透气性,抑制烧结边缘效应,使边缘烧结速度控制在合理水平,基本与中部一致,消除了台车边缘烧结速度过快的问题,使烧结废气温度分布更加合理。太钢生产实践表明,烧结机台车边缘混合料与中部混合料的水分差值在0.6%~0.9%较为合适,在此条件下进行双水分烧结,烧结终点温度可提高20℃以上,烧结矿质量指标得到改善,粉率降低,转鼓强度升高,烧返比降低1.5%。 By increasing the moisture content of the edge mixture near the pallet baffle in the sintering machine, the moisture of the edge mixture was higher than that of the central mixture, the air permeability of edge mixture was lowered, the sintering edge effect was inhibited, the edge sintering speed was controlled at a reasonable level, basically consistent with the middle part, the problem of the edge sintering speed is too fast was eliminated, the sintering waste gas temperature distribution was more reasonable. The production practice of TISCO shows that ,the moisture difference of the edge mixture and the central mixture in the sintering machine is more appropriate at 0. 6% - 0. 9%, double water sintering under this condition, the temperature of burning through point is increased more than 20℃, the sinter quality is improved, the sinter powder rate is decreased, the sinter Tumble is increased, and the sintering return fine rate is lowered 1.5%.
